Today, "The Happy Pancakes" in Sozopol are a legendary location. Most people who work there are students from the National Theathre School, future famous actors. The panckakes themselves are also one of a kind, with very unusual but supremly tasty combinations. The charming atmosphere in the little cobble stone street with the smell of the sea and the figs is unbeatable. 

Sozopol is a very sentimental place for me. I have been visiting it ever since I was 4. Before that, my parents and before that my grandparents used to go there on vacation.
